Asking for rain has never helped, it's the mod's choice.
And flame wings are to bribe people to become a citizen, they arn't just going to rain them for everyone.

yumega is right they most likely will not have it rain flame wings because they have them on the 1 year citizenship deal. And you shouldnt tell people to make it rain its kinda rude.
