    we got junior,member,Agent,mod ranks we should hae a reporter rank,banner rank and a rainer rank


    reporter-rweport lots of people for a GOOD reson
    banner-you can ban people
    rainer-you can make it rain

    Muttly, you have an interesting idea. Basically, you are saying that the jobs/responsiblities need to be separated out. For example, anyone can report a player. If I understand correctly, you want that job limited to certain people. Mods can make rain and ban people. You are suggesting that those two items become separate or in addition to mod responsiblities; and be given to regular chobots. Hmmm. Interesting.
