I say you can do photoshop r what you like and when your done you can post it on community art and wait for a Developer to look at it and see if He/She likes it and wants to make it

okay up on the top of your key board
or go here if it is to far over!

hit that prnt scrn button!!!! then go into paint or whatever editing program you have and press cntrl+V or known as paste!! so basicly that prnt scrn button copys what ever you are looking at on your screen!!!!!!
