You can make animate avatars with special programs like Adobe Photoshop CS3 or CS4, and there is another program that i do not remember its name ...

I can make you one. Just send me the video link and what times you want it to start and stop at. I make actual real animated avatars. not photoshop ones. They are video ones. Very Happy
