Disapearing Playercards!

It usually happens once every few days, but its getting worse now. Whenever I open up a playercard, it flys up, and off the screen. So now I cannot chat with that person =/
I have to refresh and try to open their card again..
Anyone else experienced this?

I have I was pcing someone and it got stuck and I could only see a quarter lol!

That has only happened once with me. But usually I lose the whole thing.

That problem has never happened to me. However, I have noticed that when I click on playercards the "person" doesn't always appear. All I see is the age. When that happens, I clear my cache. Have you tried that? Question
