i think there shud be boxes scattered around town if its a special day,in the boxes there shud be free items.and exclusive 1's for agents and citzen(there shud be 1 in the agents room and 1 in the citezen graffiti place).
well yea like they did with the beta items in christmas tree at the park? yea thats the idea but now we do it in the shop like for 4th of jully we put the free flags in the shop
