I was gonna say exactly what herip said, citizens would be afraid to get there account banned because they are paying real money for it. and then juniors can just make new accounts and do whatever they want on the wall. The walls are part of the benefit of paying for the game and being a citizen. Even on the citizen wall people would mess your drawing up. and if there was a junior wall nobody could draw because it would be getting messed up all the time
