Bandicoots are small furry Australian animals. They eat plants, seeds, insects, spiders and berries. They live where there are low bushes. There are about 20 kinds of bandicoots. They are usually on their own. They are about a size of a cat. They are mostly active at night.

Hmmm. I don't think I have ever seen one in a zoo or anything. Guess I'll google it, and take a look at a picture. Thanks Aqua144 for telling me about the animal.
