If an outfit was for a junior, it should still be for juniors. Maybe contact Chobots Support and ask them.

I regret this suit is only for citizens. All the citizen stuff you've bought will disappear after the citizenship expires. But everything will come back when you become a citizen again.

At the Halloween Party, the angel suit rained. I was able to wear it on my non-citizen account. Strange.. I'm not sure what the difference is.
