You have to live in ukraine and be at least 18. The only acception is Chobot who i think lives in Wyoming and he was our first agent thats the only reason why he is mod. Hope i helped

To be a REAL mod you must be 18 and or older. That means you work for Chobots. If you want to be a mod like Jessie you better be a pretty darn good agent.
