coolpictures and headers

I can create pics and headers but I wanna do it like agent help and agent clear and all the cool stuff but i dont wanna use photoshop does paint.net do cool stuff to like that?
or tell me how to do it i need help thanks

You can use MS Paint, MS Photo Gallery and MS Office Picture Manager. But, there may be fair easier methods.

Paint.NET Is not a website, I Use this program to make all of my stuff. I Make everything with it, Like my headers for my website, My siggys, my avi's and stuff. Paint.NET is basically a easier version of Photoshop, and it's free!!!

paint.net is a userfriendly software easy to use i suggest you to use it for some months but once you get used to that photoshop is a advanced version of it which can generate better images but for now i suggest paint.net
